Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate appointments, test drives, and service bookings
- Provide general information about our products and services
- Direct customers to appropriate sales or service personnel
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
**Requirements**:
- Min. Graduate
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
