**Job Summary**:
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth front desk operations, manage administrative tasks, and represent the company professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage visitor check-ins, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor badges if required.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required.
- Provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed, such as data entry or preparing reports.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when required.
- **Facility Management**:
- Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Order office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle complaints or issues by directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Pay: ₹9,141.56 - ₹25,000.00 per month
