We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented **Sales Associate** to join our team in **Ernakulam**. Whether you're a fresher or have prior experience, if you have a presentable look, fluency in both **Hindi** and **English**, and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the company, helping customers with their purchasing decisions and ensuring a great shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing them with information about products and services.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the best products or services that suit their preferences.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and drive customer loyalty.
- Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and restocking shelves.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or prior experience in a sales role.
- **Fluency in Hindi and English** (spoken and written) is a must.
- A presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
