**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **B2B Lead Generation Executive** to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for professionals eager to grow in B2B sales, marketing, or business development. You will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and converting potential corporate clients into business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, industry directories, etc.)
- Build and maintain a database of qualified B2B leads
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies for B2B clients
- Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team with prospective corporate partners
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to corporate outreach.
- Strong research and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a keen interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT services, staffing solutions, and B2B sales processes is a plus.
