Obtaining approvals: Coordinating with government departments to obtain project approvals, such as LOI, IOA, and CC
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with relevant regulations and codes, such as the National Building Code (NBC)
- Managing communication: Facilitating communication between architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Preparing documents: Preparing FSI statements, project feasibility, and draft reports
- Coordinating with consultants: Coordinating with external consultants for approvals and NOCs
- Liaising with authorities: Liaising with the Building proposals dept., MMRDA, MOEF, MHADA, CFO, and municipal approvals
- Reviewing drawings: Evaluating drawings as per regulations
- Preparing drawings: Coordinating for preparation of Municipal and Architectural Drawings
- Handling issues: Addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Ensuring timely completion: Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget

Pay: ₹12,167.35 - ₹30,000.00 per month
