**Description**:
The Liaison Architect serves as the pivotal connection between various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal design teams. This role ensures seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to completion. The Liaison Architect is responsible for interpreting client requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and ensuring that project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.

**1. Key Responsibilities**:
**I. Client Interaction**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are accurately captured and communicated to the project team.
- Conduct client meetings to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

**II. Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal design teams to develop project plans that meet client specifications.
- Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes, and milestones.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure
- project alignment.

**I. Design and Documentation**:

- Review architectural designs and documents to ensure they align with client requirements and project goals.
- Prepare detailed project reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

**II. Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the architecture department, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and advanced project management abilities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
