- **Government Liaison**:Acting as the company's representative in dealing with government officials and agencies for approvals, permits, and licenses.
- **Coordination**:Working with design architects, consultants, legal teams, and other parties to facilitate project execution.
- **Documentation**:Preparing and submitting necessary documents for approvals, including building plans, feasibility reports, and other regulatory filings.
- **Budgeting and Cash Flow**:Working out project budgets, cost estimations, and managing cash flow related to approvals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,544.95 - ₹63,123.81 per month
