**Position Overview**:

- **Project Supervision**:
Oversee daily on-site operations for residential or commercial projects.

Ensure that project plans, schedules, and specifications are followed.
- **Resource Management**:
Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Monitor and ensure the availability of required tools and supplies.
- **Quality Assurance**:
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards.
- **Safety Compliance**:
Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety.
- **Problem-Solving**:
Address any on-site issues or delays and find practical solutions.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve project challenges.
- **Team Coordination**:
Supervise and mentor workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.

Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all team members.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, inspection logs, and resource usage.

Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- **Client Interaction**:
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure their requirements are met.

**What we are looking for?**

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Management or related fields.
- Relevant constructions certificates are advantangeous.
- Experience:At least 3 years in a site supervisor role, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety regulations & quality standard in construction.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

**Salary Range**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
