**Job Title**: Site Supervisor

**Locations & Requirements**:

- **Goregaon, Mumbai (Interior Design Projects)** - 3-4 years of experience (Must have managed at least 3 sites).
- **Western Line, Mumbai (High-Rise Residential Projects)** - 10-15 years of experience (Worked on large-scale residential projects).

**Salary**: 3.6 LPA Onwards ( Depending on experience)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Work Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for **Site Supervisors** to manage on-site work, ensure quality, and maintain safety. The job involves **handling workers, coordinating materials, and ensuring projects finish on time**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise site work** and manage daily activities.
- **Check material usage** and arrange stock when needed.
- **Ensure safety rules** are followed by workers.
- **Solve on-site issues** and report progress to managers.
- **Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and project teams**.
- **Keep records** of work, materials, and daily site updates.

**Location-Specific Duties**:

- **Goregaon (Interior Design Projects)**:

- Manage **interior fit-out work** and site finishing. Understand **designs and blueprints**

- **On-Site, Mumbai (High-Rise Construction)**:

- Experience with **high-rise buildings, scaffolding, and heavy equipment**. Handle **formwork, site safety, and material tracking**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: 12th Pass or Technical Diploma.

**Experience**:

- **Goregaon**: 3-4 years in **interior design site work**.
- **On-Site**: 10-15 years in **high-rise construction**.

**Skills**: Can read **basic drawings, manage workers, and solve site issues**.
