Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites. The Site Supervisor will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating staff, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage site operations.
- Coordinate and schedule labor, materials, and equipment to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare daily reports on project progress, challenges, and resource utilization.
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or discrepancies on site.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure team productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Pay: ₹10,416.87 - ₹30,891.79 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total 4work: 1 year (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
