**About Us**: Capricorn Associates is an reputed architecture firm based in Mumbai, having offices in Kasargod, and Mangalore, delivering high-quality architectural solutions on turnkey basis. We are looking for a dedicated result oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our projects on-site and ensure they are completed to the required standards.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising activities on-site, in consultation /co-ordination with design team, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the design specifications, required standards, and within the project timelines. This role requires close coordination with architects, contractors, and labour teams to ensure smooth project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day interior related activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect and review interior work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that arise during work.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and labour attendance.
- Liaise with clients, as and when required, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the interior industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
