**Customer Engagement Associate**

Job Title: Customer Engagement Associate

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with traders and investors on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage, coordinate, and conduct our webinar program for education delivery and attainment of sustainable growth.
- Educate market participants regarding capital markets, trading, and the Streak platform.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Streak platform.
- Stay updated in all segments of capital markets
- equity, currency, commodities, etc.
- Should be willing to work as per the business requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Stock Trading experience.
- 0-2 yearsexperience in trading Stocks/ Options/ Futures preferred.
- NIFM, NISM, and NCFM certifications in Technical Analysis/Derivatives of Financial markets are preferred.
- Passionate about educating and training clients about equity markets.
- Eager to work with a team where you are constantly challenged to expand your knowledge about Financial Markets.
- Should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment understanding the business requirements.
- Solid written communication skills in English with a firm grasp of spelling and grammar.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹15,563.17 - ₹30,617.26 per month
