**Job Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Engagement Representative** to connect with our clients and keep them informed about the latest developments in **ModenX**. This role involves regular interaction with clients, sharing updates on new features and enhancements, gathering valuable feedback, and identifying potential new opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**, a passion for customer engagement, and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Outreach & Engagement**
- Conduct **regular outbound calls** to keep clients updated on ModenX’s latest features, services, and enhancements.
- Act as the **voice of ModenX**, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Feedback Collection & Relationship Building**
- Gather valuable **client feedback** and communicate insights to the internal team to enhance product offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.

**New Client Identification & Outreach**
- Identify potential new clients and set up introductory meetings to showcase **ModenX’s value proposition**.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to drive **new opportunities**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Communication Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
**Customer-Centric Approach** - Ability to engage, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
**Proactive & Resourceful** - A self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
I**nterpersonal Skills** - A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
