options.
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to resolve client concerns effectively.
- Strong problem solving and client interaction skills, and ability to work in result oriented

team environment.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Strong written & oral communication skills in English.
- Experience in dealing with International Clients will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts (Day/Night).
