**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Manage Rental Operations**: Oversee the rental division's machinery including concrete pumps, batching plants, cranes, JCBs, loaders, and more.
- **Client Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, negotiating rental terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Plan and coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of equipment to various project sites across India.
- **Fleet Maintenance**: Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of all rental equipment for optimal performance.
- **Business Development**: Identify new opportunities for expanding rental services and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Reporting**: Monitor equipment usage and prepare regular reports on rental activities, revenue generation, and machine availability.
- **Cost Management**: Control operational costs and optimize rental profitability.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all machinery rentals meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction equipment rental management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction machinery and equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and rental management software.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
