**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on the site.
- Ensure project is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators.
- Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.
- Ensure that safety protocols and government regulations are followed on-site.
- Communicate project status to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with other professionals (engineers, architects, inspectors, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
- Safety training certification (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work primarily takes place on construction sites, often in outdoor environments.
- May involve working in various weather conditions and extended hours as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
