**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathe machines) to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Load materials and program machines according to the job requirements.
- Perform tool changes, calibration, and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, surface finish, and tolerances using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or inaccuracies in production.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily production logs, track inventory, and report on job progress.
- Ensure that machines are maintained and serviced regularly to prevent downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably with experience in turning operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of measurement tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with CNC software and control systems.
- Basic math skills and ability to calculate measurements and tolerances.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in CNC operations is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
