**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate VMC machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed during the machining process.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Document and report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining processes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
- 1 years Min.of experience operating VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and tooling setups is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- CNC & VMC: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:
