**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Turning Machine Operation**: Operate CNC turning machines to produce high-precision cylindrical parts as per technical drawings and specifications.
- **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC turning machines, including selecting tools, loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and configuring CNC controls to ensure accurate production.
- **Tooling**: Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
- **Quality Control**: Perform in-process inspections and verify that parts meet the specified dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve machine issues, such as misalignment or tool wear, and take corrective action to ensure consistent production quality.
- **Maintenance**: Carry out routine maintenance on CNC turning machines, such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production runs, settings, and quality checks for compliance with production requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, reduce downtime, and increase overall efficiency.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating CNC turning machines, handling tools, and working with materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team, quality control, and maintenance departments to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC turning or machining is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Turning Operator or Setter, preferably in an OEM manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC turning machine operations, tooling, and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerances.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.
- Knowledge of multiple CNC turning machines (e.g., CNC lathes).
- Familiarity with industry quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Shift work may be required based on production needs.
- Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
