**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer/Setter at Sri Vinoth Engineering Works, located in Chennai. The CNC Programmer/Setter will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring precision machining and milling of components, and interpreting technical drawings. Daily tasks also include maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, and collaborating with the engineering team to enhance production processes and quality.

**Qualifications**:
Proficient in CNC Programming and Programming skills

Experience with Machining and Milling operations

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering settings is desirable

Relevant technical or diplomas
