**Job Summary**

The CNC Turning Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. The role requires knowledge of machine operations, tooling, and quality control to ensure efficient production with mínimal errors.

**Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Setup**:

- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components.
- Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets based on job specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.

**Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect finished parts.
- Ensure all machined parts meet quality and tolerance specifications.
- Identify and resolve any defects or issues in the machining process.

**Maintenance & Safety**:

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company regulations.
- Report any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

**Production & Documentation**:

- Maintain production logs and update job records as required.
- Meet production targets while minimizing material waste and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
