**Position Overview**:We are looking for detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators with hands-on experience in **CNC sheet metal cutting** and **CNC press brake operations**. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC cutting machines and press brake machines according to job requirements.
- Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine settings for each production run.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Program and adjust CNC machines to achieve desired results in cutting, bending, and forming.
- Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency.
- Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Maintain production records including materials used, cycle times, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience operating CNC cutting and/or CNC press brake machines.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine controls.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
