**Job Title**: Machine Operator (CNC)

**Location**: Sofa Factory.

**Experience Required**:1 year or more

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team at our sofa manufacturing facility. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines to ensure high-quality production of sofa components and parts. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**CNC Machine Operation**:Operate CNC machines to produce sofa components according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality in every piece.
Set up machines with the necessary tools and materials, calibrate settings, and monitor machine operations for optimal performance.

**Quality Control**:Inspect finished products for defects, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that each part meets quality standards.
Maintain consistency in product dimensions and adhere to design specifications.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working condition.
Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Keep detailed records of production output, machine settings, and any maintenance or adjustments performed.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status and any issues encountered.

**Requirements**:Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a furniture or similar manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with CNC machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
