**Role Purpose**:
The jobholder has to monitor and manage the Credit & Debit Card Personalization, Deliverables Management, Returned card process for Credit cards and PIN processing. Monitor & manage third party vendors since card personalization, courier services & PIN processing are being provided by them.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Coordinating with the vendors (Idemia & TBS)for smooth processing of embossing & PIN files
- Handling frontline customer queries & complaints
- Daily recon of cards embossed & delivered
- Returned cards inventory tracking and re-direction
- Destruction of retained card as per set frequency
- Stock recon & Indent tracking (card plastic & stationary)
- Invoice Processing
- Ensure all card maintenance activities are completed by the vendor within the time frame
- By supporting new product rollouts or process changes proactively.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Graduation with 2 years of experience
- Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
- Sound understanding of the company’s customer service requirements
