Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:Identifying and acquiring new customers for credit cards through various channels like open market, corporate visits, or tele-calling.
  • Educating potential customers on the benefits, features, and pricing of different credit cards.
  • Guiding customers through the application process and ensuring timely submission and processing of applications.
  • Cross-selling other financial products, such as loans, insurance, or other banking services.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management:Responding to customer inquiries, addressing their issues, and resolving disputes.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with the credit card products and services.
  • Monitoring customer accounts for compliance with company policies.
  • Operational & Compliance Tasks:Processing and reviewing credit card applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Managing and updating customer and contact databases.
  • Analyzing and responding to fraud alerts and suspicious activity on accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as finance and customer service, to resolve issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest credit card regulations and best practices.
