Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new customers, promoting credit card products, and achieving sales targets through field visits, telecalling, referrals, or in-branch promotions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Promote and sell the banks or companys credit card products to individual customers.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, retail counters, corporate activities, or digital campaigns.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and offers to potential customers.

Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on eligibility criteria.
  • Collect required documents and complete the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely application submissions.

Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain productivity metrics and contribute to overall team performance.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a smooth application process and provide accurate information.
  • Address initial customer queries and concerns with a professional attitude.
  • Assist customers in activating and using their cards post-issuance.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with KYC norms, data privacy, and internal policies.
  • Collect, verify, and submit complete documentation for credit card applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activity in CRM systems.
