**Job Description**:
As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Credit Card sales, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers in the UAE through phone calls. You will use your sales skills to promote and sell credit card products while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE.
Promote and sell credit card products, highlighting their benefits and features.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a preference for telesales and Credit Card sales experience.
Fluent in Englishand Arabic (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability to work from 10:30 am to 07:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays as a fixed weekly off.
Own a laptop with a reliable internet connection.
