Job Description Inside Sales Executive (B2C) Contract Role Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Experience: 04 years Language Requirement:Kannada is mandatory Job Summary We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Executives for a B2C contract role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage and convert customers effectively, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Performance on the role will be a key factor for contract extension or conversion. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential B2C customers. - Explain products/services clearly and convincingly. - Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions. - Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Requirements - 04 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Customer Engagement. - Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle rejection and continue engagement. - Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus). - Immediate joiners preferred.
