The Role: We’re Hiring – Credit Card Sales Executive (Apollo Select Card | Apollo Pharmacy) Immediate joiners Location : Chennai & Hyderabad Type : Full-Time Role : In-Store + Field Sales About the Role Are you a confident communicator with a flair for sales? We're looking for Credit Card Sales Executives to promote the Apollo Select Card – a unique healthcare-focused credit card available through Apollo Pharmacy outlets. Responsibilities In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy) Engage with walk-in customers and explain product benefits Conduct eligibility checks and assist with KYC documentation Maintain in-store branding and promotional material visibility Field Sales Visit residential areas, businesses, and pharmacies to pitch the card Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, and referrals Follow up with leads and ensure timely sales closures Operational Tasks Record daily sales activity – leads, applications, conversions Coordinate with backend teams for processing and customer onboarding Ensure full compliance with KYC and regulatory norms Salary & Benefits • Fixed Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month • Incentives : Up to ₹20,000/month based on performance • Career Growth : Strong potential for advancement within the financial services and retail sector Open Positions • Chennai – 15 openings • Hyderabad – 15 openings Ideal Profile: Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification : Minimum: 12th Pass Preferred: Graduate in any discipline Experience : 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Desired Skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Confidence in face-to-face interactions Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets Understanding of basic financial products and KYC norms What's on Offer?
