**Job Description: Tele Sales Executive (Credit Card Sales)**

**Position Title**: Tele Sales Executive
**Location**: Bangalore
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Department**: Sales/Telemarketing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of various credit card products, their features, benefits, eligibility requirements, and associated fees, and effectively communicate this information to potential clients.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**: Identify new leads through various sources, maintain and update a robust sales pipeline, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored credit card solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall sales team performance.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies, including verifying customer details and maintaining confidentiality.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report sales performance and other key metrics to the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, specifically in credit card sales or financial products.
- Strong understanding of credit card products, financial services, and related sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in outbound sales calls, particularly in financial products.
- Fluency in Hindi.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with competitive salary and commission structure.
- Working hours: Mon - Sat.
