Job Title: Sales Manager - Cards
Location: Bangalore
CTC: ₹3 LPA + ₹60k IncentivesIndustry: Insurance, Telecom, Banking, NBFCKey Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of credit/debit cards by identifying potential customers through field visits.
- Manage and expand customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for card products within the defined region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
- Present product features and benefits to clients, resolving their queries and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, telecom, banking, or NBFC sectors.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Kannada (mandatory).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of financial products, particularly credit/debit cards.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet with clients as part of daily responsibilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
