**Principal Responsibilities**
- The incumbent will be responsible for Vendor governance on daily volume, Performance & Work in progress Management to ensure SLA and TAT's are monitored.
- Vendor governance also involves Coaching, Policy dissemination, Change in process and policy management.
- The incumbent will be responsible for GSC governance on activities which are outsourced.
- Ensure quality and SLA parameters are adhered to by the GSC on a daily basis
- Stake holder management with front line teams and Business to ensure smooth operations for Personal Loan Account opening.
- The incumbent will also be working closely with CCR, SFR, ISR on a ongoing basis on projects.
- The Role demands handling of Complaints & Concurrent Audit reports on a daily basis for Credit Cards account opening team.
- Ensure high adherence level to meet bench mark on activities out sourced by monitoring Audit findings and rectifying the same on timely basis
- Support business team in all development and projects on a ongoing basis.
- Ensure Global Standards are met without any compromise
- Strive towards Streamlining of process with an eye to reduce cost for the team
Requirements
- Graduate/Post graduate with at least 5-6 years in a similar domain of work.
