**Principal Responsibilities**
- Credit card & Unsecured lending account servicing includes end to end process management with exposure to manage the process outsourced with third party vendor.
- Planning and monitoring the team performance and ensuring daily BAUs, SLAs and other key metrics are met.
- Vendor governance also involves Coaching, Policy dissemination, Change in process and policy management.
- To review process in a periodic interval and ensure risk mitigate control exist on all manual processes.
- To explore automation on the manual process and enhance efficiency & productivity, thereby reduce cost and manual errors.
- Ensuring effective and efficient balance of control effectiveness measures in the process.
- Identify opportunities and provide cross functional training for staffs.
- Exploring digitization opportunities and drive the project with relevant stake holders for implementation.
- To manage stake holders appropriately and ensuring all deliverables are met as per the agreed SLA/ timelines.
- To support business on new project roll outs and ensure all operational aspects are reviewed /automated.
- Capacity Planning basis regular volume trend, ad hoc activities, and project deliverable at third party vendor.
- Motivating the team and driving cost save initiatives to achieve annual cost save target.
- Encourage team to participate in career progression learning initiatives that the bank is providing for staffs.
- Monitor the team performance and ensure self and the team completes all mandatory LMS and other learning exercise on time and as applicable.

By providing meaningful MI to business and suggestions to new business origination and servicing.
Requirements

**Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements**:

- Graduate or above in any discipline with 2 - 5 years’ experience
- Person having experience and comprehensive knowledge on credit card /Personal loan operations is preferred
- Strong analytical ability, logical thinking and risk awareness.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have a strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
