We Are Seeking A Dynamic And Results-Oriented **Sales Trainer** To Drive The Sales Process Of Non-Immigrant Visas.
- **Training Development**: Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs that align with the organization's sales strategies and goals. This includes creating training materials, presentations, and exercises.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ensure that sales representatives have in-depth knowledge about the products or services they are selling. This involves training on features, benefits, competitive advantages, and positioning in the market.
- **Sales Techniques**: Teach effective sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. Provide guidance on consultative selling, negotiation skills, and handling sales objections.
- **Sales Process**: Educate the sales team on the company's sales process and methodologies. This may involve training on CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales metrics tracking.
- **Motivation and Inspiration**: Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles. Share success stories, provide encouragement, and foster a positive sales culture.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Assess the effectiveness of sales training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
