We are looking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales representatives are well-equipped to effectively promote and sell our kitchen appliances to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs tailored to the needs of our sales team, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with sales managers and department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps within the sales team.
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules, to support training initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to reinforce learning and enhance sales skills.
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to sales representatives to address areas for improvement and maximize performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques to ensure that training materials and programs remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to align training initiatives with company objectives and product strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to effectively teach and coach others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and resources, utilizing a variety of formats and delivery methods.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with kitchen appliances or related products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala for training sessions and workshops as needed.

Location : Maradu, Kochi

Salary : 25-35k

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
