We are currently looking to hire a food safety regulatory specialist. This role will be based out of Delhi. Regular travel at least 05 [pan India] days will be required and this role reports to the Food safety manager in Delhi.

In this role you will support the FS team regulatory compliance that include label design, product specification design, new regulatory requirement updates, vendor compliance for regulatory requirement. Additionally support on auditing of warehouses/Vendors, working on food safety standards, looking at updated regulations and business as usual.

This encompasses the entire process from working with the Food Safety and stake holder teams in defining the requirements. Your primary objective in this role is ensure regulatory compliance of label and product as per internal Amazon food safety standards and share the consolidated reports and work with stakeholders on corrective actions.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Support the Private brands suppliers FS team for Vendor auditing.
- Supporting on new FSSAI regulation updates.
- SME support on basic food safety processes.
- Monitoring legal compliance's in the Company’s regions of work in India regulatory domain and providing support in resolution of non-compliance's
- Work Hand in Hand with food safety teams and other stakeholders on noncompliance closures.
- Coaching the team on food safety requirements.
- Creating dashboards, monthly tracker on internal, external audits, work to refine the checklist, FS SOPs.
- Key support in food safety management program.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Food Technologist with 3-7 Years of experience in Food industry in regulatory framework.
- Experience/Skills required
- Regulatory compliance expert in label design, product design and
- Lead auditor for GFSI certifications like FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 etc. is preferred.
- Manage and oversee compliance in regard to food regulation and Amazon policy.
- Submit time critical reports to various governmental agencies through 3rd party consultant.
- Build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to ensure risks are identified early and managed appropriately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
