**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Food Safety Intern** who understands the basics of FSSAI regulations and wants to gain real-world experience in a nutraceutical manufacturing setup. You’ll assist our team in maintaining food safety records, implementing SOPs, and ensuring our facility runs in full compliance with FSSAI standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and organizing **FSSAI-mandated records and registers**.
- Help implement and monitor **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** across departments.
- Support **internal audits** and daily hygiene inspections.
- Work with the **quality and production teams** to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Help prepare documentation for **FSSAI audits and renewals**.
- Update records related to **raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing**.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields**.
- Basic knowledge of **FSSAI guidelines** and food safety management systems.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a **factory/manufacturing environment**.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to practical compliance processes.

**What You’ll Learn**:

- The process of documentation and audits in nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with SOPs, hygiene standards, and quality protocols.
- Team coordination between QA, production, and operations.
