Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic 
Chef
 to join our vibrant food cart business at a prime location. The ideal candidate should love cooking, take pride in serving fresh and healthy food, and enjoy engaging with people on the go.

Qualifications

Minimum education: 
Intermediate / 12th Pass

(Higher qualification is a plus).

• Culinary skills: Proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and styles
• Kitchen management: Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff
• Food safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
• Menu planning: Ability to design and plan diverse and appealing menus
• Organizational skills: Strong organizational and inventory management capabilities
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving: Ability to handle and resolve kitchen-related issues efficiently
• Relevant experience: Previous experience in a leadership role in a professional kitchen is preferred
• Education: A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is beneficial
