We are a fast-growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector, managing 2,500 beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by December 2025. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of hospitality, food services, and operational excellence across all properties.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Auditor – Kitchen & Operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality across our hostel kitchens and operational processes.
Role Overview
The Auditor – Kitchen & Operations will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and auditing kitchen operations, catering services, inventory, and related operational processes. The role ensures that all processes comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of kitchen operations, food preparation, and service areas.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Audit inventory management, procurement, and stock usage to prevent wastage and pilferage.
- Review operational processes in housekeeping, catering, and facility services.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Work closely with F&B managers, Hostel Managers, and operations teams to implement corrective measures.
- Track KPIs for operational efficiency, cost control, and quality standards.
- Support management in internal inspections, regulatory audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in auditing, kitchen operations, or hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and operational compliance.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare clear reports and communicate findings effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, auditing tools, or ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel across hostel properties in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
