Location: Delhi NCR

Position Overview

The Employee will be responsible for traveling across Basil kiosks/outlets to conduct operational, hygiene, and process compliance audits based on defined checklists and performance pointers. This role ensures adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, safety guidelines, and brand requirements, while also sharing feedback for continuous improvement.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Kiosk Audit & Assessment

  • Travel to assigned kiosks/outlets as per the audit schedule.
  • Conduct audits on pre-defined pointers — including hygiene, product preparation, storage conditions, customer service, and operational compliance.
  • Verify adherence to Basil SOPs, recipe guidelines, and presentation standards.
  • Check stock levels, FIFO usage, product expiry compliance, and wastage control.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Record audit observations in the official audit tracker/form.
  • Highlight deviations, non-compliance, or potential risks.
  • Capture photographic evidence where necessary for reference.
  • Submit audit reports to the Audit/Training Manager within the defined timeline.

3. Compliance & Training Support

  • Ensure kiosks meet food safety and FSSAI requirements.
  • Educate kiosk staff about SOPs during visits and assist in addressing gaps.
  • Follow up on action plans from previous audits to ensure closure.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with Operations, Training, and Supply Chain teams for required corrective measures.
  • Communicate urgent issues immediately to relevant stakeholders for quick resolution.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Attention to detail and strong observation skills
  • Basic knowledge of F&B/QSR operations and food safety guidelines
  • Ability to maintain neutrality and conduct unbiased audits
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules effectively

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Technology, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in audit, QA, or operations in QSR/F&B industry
  • Willing to travel extensively (up to 90% field visits)
