**Job Title**:TeleSales Executive, Packing Machine, Faridabad (2L pa)

**Job Location**:Sector-57, FIT, Faridabad, Haryana.

**Experience**:1 year relevant experience, Freshers with distinction may be considered

**Age Preference**:20-25 yrs

**Educational Qualification: 12th Passed or Graduate from any stream**
(Full Time only. Part time or incomplete education will not be considered)

**Reporting To**: Sales Manager

**Number of Positions that will report to this position**: Nil

**Nature of Job**:Sales Inbound and Outbound Calling

**Job Responsibilities **:Answering Incoming/outgoing lead calls, need analysis, tele-consultation, invitation for demo/visit, updation of data in Excel/CRM. Preparing analysis reports.

**Knowledge and Skill Set Required**: Good command over written and spoken english and hindi.Good typing speed. No spelling mistakes. Diction of english and hindi should be clear.

**Prefered Skill set**: Knowledge of CRM, Basic Excel, Google Drive

**Behavioural Competencies**:Patience. Respect for all. Should be able to work in a team. Willing to learn and ask for help in case of problems. Not shy away from escalating issues. Willing to take responsibility and initiative

**Salary : CTC **1.7 - 2.5 Lakh per annum
