_**Job Description**_

1. The primary purpose of Field Sales Officer is to build and maintain a strong network of distributers, wholesalers, and retailer within the assigned territories

2. Deliver accelerated and profitable business growth via different mode of sales by regular visits to clients in order to address their requirements, feedbacks, complaints etc.

3. Developing interest in clients for company’s products by showing the best possible sales presentation to capture the maximum portion of the market.

4. Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.

5. Resolving client’s issues within TAT by catering post sales services

6. Identify and developing new business opportunities/distributors in Territory Conversion

7. Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships

8. Developing opportunities by providing sales presentation, product literature etc.

9. Coordinating with sales team to ensure the timely deliveries.

10. Effective sales management by maximizing revenues with existing dealers & customers

11. Rigorous follow-up with customers for sales generation and timely payment collection.

12. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

13. Creating travelling schedule and sharing with reporting managers to finalize and freeze

14. Assisting team for payment collection to meet the team target.

15. Manage client relationship through all phases of sales cycle and generate secondary sales

16. To represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product sale &awareness.

17. Meeting or exceeding monthly, and yearly sales targets assigned by the management

18. Maintaining costumers’ data base in file for future reference

19. Sending daily meetings and closures reports with respective reporting managers

1. Any Graduate / Sales & Marketing diploma holder/equivalent certification.

3. 5+ years’ experience in B2B and B2C sales

4. An ambitious person with high flair on direct selling and keen aspiration to learn fast,

5. Good communication, commercial and documentation skills are essential

6. Should be open to travelling
