
Area Sales Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market demands.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Promote company products (Henna Hair Color, Herbal Powders, etc.) effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on product features and benefits.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, sales performance, and payments.
- **Territory Management**:
- Ensure proper distribution and product placement within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely supply.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Lucknow market and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹8,328.46 - ₹28,467.31 per month
