**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Execution**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company’s products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- **Market Development**:

- Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers to expand the market presence.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and distributors, as needed.
- **Territory Management**:

- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to ensure effective coverage.
- Regularly visit markets to assess competition and customer feedback.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Market understanding and knowledge of local distributors/retailers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).

**Experience**:

- 2+ years in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, or Herbal Products.

Pay: ₹8,328.46 - ₹28,467.31 per month
