SLMI Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Area Sales Executive** to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer engagement to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calls.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis & Strategy Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Provide feedback on market needs and customer preferences.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to boost sales.
- **Sales Reporting & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales protocols.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in [industry-specific experience].
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and market analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
