**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Development**: Craft and implement business strategies that align with FoodNEST(S)'s goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to drive informed strategic decisions.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as the front-end representative of FoodNEST(S) in interactions with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Ensure all communications are professional, polished, and aligned with the company's brand image.
- **Crisis Management**: Anticipate potential conflicts and resolve them proactively, using diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills to defuse heated situations. Ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- **Market Research**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- **Business Development**: Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Report findings to senior leadership and suggest adjustments as necessary.
- **Presentation and Reporting**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders. Clearly articulate strategic plans, business cases, and performance results.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and tact.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and revolve conflicts and can adapt to rapidly changing needs of the business
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in market research, financial modelling, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Presentable, professional demeanor with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and comfortable in various stakeholder-facing situations.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business analytics tools.
- Thinking out of the box and smooth captivating communication and engagement skills is a MUST
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to absorb in Startup way of life.
