NetZeroX AI is an international consulting and practitioner-led training platform at the intersection of Energy Transition and Artificial Intelligence.We design and deliver industry-focused training and corporate learning programs, connecting universities, companies, and professionals to prepare them for the net-zero and AI-driven future.Our flagship Career Growth Accelerator Program helps graduates and professionals build real-world consulting and problem-solving skills through live, practitioner-led sessions — bridging the gap between education and industry.Role OverviewWe are seeking smart, driven, and analytical professionals (1–5 years’ experience) to join us as Business Strategy Executives at our Noida office.You will work directly with the founders and senior leadership on business analysis, program benchmarking, and growth strategy across our AI and Energy Transition verticals. This is a core strategic and analytical role — ideal for graduates from top engineering or business schools who want to build a career in strategy, consulting, or EdTech innovation.ResponsibilitiesMarket & Business AnalysisConduct market and competitor research across AI, energy, and education sectors.Evaluate program positioning and identify areas for differentiation and improvement.Support strategic planning with insights, data, and actionable recommendations.Program & Strategy DevelopmentAssist in designing business roadmaps, pricing models, and growth strategies.Conduct technical benchmarking of existing programs to ensure content quality and relevance.Collaborate with trainers and experts to review course structures and technical depth.Support leadership in preparing presentations, reports, and client proposals.Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate program and market performance.Customer & Candidate EngagementAddress queries from students, professionals, and university partners.Provide technical clarity and guidance to learners or partners regarding program scope.Gather insights to enhance program experience, delivery quality, and conversion strategy.Support outreach initiatives and partnerships with universities and corporates.Internal CoordinationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership meetings.Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization across departments.Participate in data-driven analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering and Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).1–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, or consulting.Strong academic background from a recognized or top-tier institute.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and teamwork.Work full-time from the Noida office why Join NetZeroX AIWork directly with founders and global practitioners shaping the AI and Energy Transition space.Be part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of learning in AI and Energy Transition.Opportunity to build partnerships and lead expansion across India and SEA.Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
