**About Role**:
This role will be a part of the Corporate Strategy team which is responsible for creating and monitoring company’s business plan and strategic initiatives.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Assist in formulation of company strategies for annual and long-term planning process.
- Analyze market and industry situation to provide input on strategy formulation and new area entry.
- Coordinate and liase with business teams and functions on required matters.
- Review and track business progress against target and create management reports.
- Lead Commercial Excellence and pipeline assessment process and build commercial awareness through crunching CRM data and creating analysis and dashboards of business performance.
- Liase with businesses on ways to enhance commercial rigour to increase win rates.
- Facilitate creating go-to-market and business plans.
- Manage as part of PMO on various strategic initiatives at organization level.
- Working on CRM tool (Salesforce) for sales enhancement.

- High interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite for this role as it involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
- Understanding of financial concepts.
- High communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in both structured and ambiguous situations to drive desired outcomes..
- Strategic thinking capability with Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Proactive nature to initiate and complete projects.
- Understanding of IT industry will be a plus.
- Salesforce/ sales process understanding will be a plus.

- Identifying growth opportunities, business model innovation, and facilitating cross-business unit initiatives
- Evaluating and financial modeling of potential merger, acquisition, divestment, partnership and joint venture opportunities
- Monitoring medium to long-term business trends/outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership
- Analyzing and managing medium and long-term capital expenditure and project approval decisions
