The Sales Executive of Samagra Progressive Learning Pvt ltd calls potential customers to sell digital courses and our premium community program over the phone to entrepreneurs who are looking for such training initiatives. The job is to reach out to various customers over the phone, explain the product features and deliver value to the customers.

**Job description**

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

2. Every new leads needs to be followed same day.

3. All old potential leads should be followed up at least once a week.

4. Training program poster / brochure should be shared with potential leads though e mail and / or WhatsApp.

5. Perform the allocated job responsibility given for the events on the day of the event.

6. Provide any ad hoc assistance or responsibilities during the events.

7. Regularly contact potential clients, evaluate the need for selling possibilities, and address their concerns.

8. Prepare and deliver weekly presentation on tasks completed for the week.

9. Attend weekly review meetings in order to evaluate the current status and improve the sales.

10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections as per the need.

11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

12. The Sales executive is required to gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the sales team.

13. Update Daily and Monthly report

**Education And Experience**
- Graduate in any stream / Graduate with arrears can also apply
- Minimum of 2 years to 5 years experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Telemarketing / Collections / Retention / Domestic BPO / Direct Sales / Telecom / Insurance / Customer Engagement process or domain
- Freshers who have the hunger to grow in life will also be considered. The attitude of learning is going to be a vital component
- Should have strong IT skills

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary - Fixed range: Rs 15000 per month + Variable Incentive on Achieving Target.

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
