**Education : Any Graduate**
**Experience: - 3+ yrs**
**Salary: - Rs. 15,000-30,000/ Month**
**Skills : - Fluent Communication, Expert in Drafting, Advance Excel, Client Coordination, etc.**
**Role Definition: - ** Import export coordinator position is the one who is responsible for assuring coordination related to customer satisfaction and operation hurdle. This position will control, communicate and care for internal team, and clients.
- Coordinating with customer
- DSR on a regular basis
- Business operation compliances
- Ensuring billing report and record.
- Responsibility **Resolving customer escalations on priority**:
- Daily follow ups with internal and required team
- Vehicle Management follow up
- Delivery follow ups
- ISO, GDO & other certification assurance
- Reporting and meeting with management, team, vendor, customer
- Implementing and monitoring business policies and best practices
- Coordinating with customer’s for their concern and updating record and resolving. Providing written documents for resolution
- Regular follow up with concern team for vehicle allotment and delivery
- Planning for Vehicle mobilization.
- Timely completion of consignment delivery.
- Adhere customer requirement.
- Compliance of ISO, GDP or other certifications requirement.
